🌍 Where do you ship from?

We ship globally using a network of fulfillment centers to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Most orders ship from the USA, but depending on your location, your order may come from the closest facility to speed up delivery and reduce carbon impact.

🚚 What shipping carriers do you use?

We work with a mix of reliable local and international carriers, depending on your location. All orders are trackable, and you’ll get your tracking info once your order is on the way.

📫 Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

✈️ Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide 🌍
Just keep in mind that delivery times outside the US and Europe can be up to 25 business days, depending on your region.

First, check your tracking link for updates. If it’s been longer than expected or something seems off, just email us at team@campgagnon.com and we’ll make it right.
